WOW- Workout of the week

   1 Minute - 3Minute Hand release push-ups ( 3 days a week  If You Can )

  • Planks
  • Jumping jacks
  • Wall sits
  • Half/Full Court suicides
  • Push ups
  • Sit-ups 



.Fresh air is also a great way to help your lungs you should try to play at least 30 min a day .your body needs exercise and healthy eating to keep you happy. You see there are many things that can keep you healthy .
