  • Sometimes kids like us go for the unhealthy snack because it is easier.  Eating shouldn't be a pastime. Eat when you are truly hungry. Here is a list of a few snacks that you can try instead of your less than healthy options:
  • Instead of french fries try popcorn sprinkled with Parmesan cheese 
  •  Instead of a milkshake try a fresh fruit smoothie
